Tell Your Story of How You Lost Weight
Books about weight loss very often begin with the author’s story.
Usually, the female author describes how she used to be overweight, how she then figured out how to lose weight, lost dozens of kilos, and is now writing a book advising others on how to get rid of excess weight.
But I will begin with your story.
Because I truly wish for you to have your own story about how you discovered the path to sustainable weight loss.
About how you discovered the importance of a varied, high-quality diet, in reasonable amounts and properly timed.
How you learned to listen to your body and know exactly what makes it feel good.
You will be able to enthusiastically talk about how you fell in love with exercise, how well you sleep, how healthier you feel, and how much more energy you have.
You will love your body, feel sexy, be in a better mood, and feel more content.
I am a nutrition counselor with a holistic approach to weight loss, focusing on women who have neither the time nor the desire to follow pre-planned meal plans, do not want to prepare special meals, and have neither the energy nor the time left for exercise.
I help women who want to lose weight but do not know how to do so without completely overhauling their entire lifestyle.
Instead, we look for ways to adjust your current lifestyle in an acceptable way so that the changes are sustainable.
During consultations, we also use coaching methods so that everything new settles comfortably into place, the women can stick with it, and willpower and cravings do not let them down.
I always address the psychological side as well, because our emotions go hand in hand with our weight; we discuss our approach to food, to ourselves, and to life as such.
After all, the emotional side of weight loss can also be beautifully supported with Bach flower remedies, purely natural drops that help with negative emotions. In the case of weight loss, they can provide support for willpower, help prevent recurring overeating, and support self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-control.
Sleep, exercise, and the quality of digestion are naturally not overlooked either.
All of this creates a comprehensive approach to weight loss; it is not merely a meal plan and calorie counting taken out of context.
Would you also like this individual support tailored specifically to you?
Are you tired of group courses, do you not want to share your progress in a large group of other women, and would you instead appreciate personal care that respects your individuality?
Then you have come to the right place 🙂 .
The first 30-minute consultation is always free, so you can find out whether my approach is right for you.
Please arrange your consultation in advance by phone at 775 110 200, by email at [email protected], or via Messenger.
You can find my counseling office at Centrum Univerzita Tábor, Vančurova 2904, Tábor, but we can also work online via video call.
I am really looking forward to meeting each of you who decides that you no longer want to go on diets, but instead want to eat normally, enjoy food and life, and feel at ease.
Have a beautiful day,
Romana Prokopová
Holistic nutrition counseling and Bach flower remedies
I am a nutrition counselor with a holistic approach to weight loss, focusing on women who do not have room in their lives for special meal plans, are constantly rushed, and have neither the time nor the energy left for exercise.
In our work, we address not only eating habits, but also lifestyle as a whole and, to a large extent, psychological well-being and our relationship with food and with ourselves.
